Dog Beer

Recently several articles have come my way relating to brewers creating beer for dogs.  The beers are for the most part alcohol, carbonation, and hop free (so can they really be coined ‘beer’?) and are meat or fish or week-old-roadkill flavoured (ok I made that last one up) so doggies love to lap them up.  Being an incurable dog lover myself, I’m torn between thinking this concept is ridiculous and kind of cute.  But it got me thinking, if you’re going to make a beer for dogs, why stop there?  Why not make for example, a wine for dogs?

Or how about a brew for cats?

While I’m waiting for my patents to come through though, I think I’ll stick with the human stuff.
